Chris Pacitti
Chris Pacitti, General Partner, joined Austin Ventures in 1999 and focuses on software investing. Previously, Chris was with TL Ventures, where he was a vice president. Prior to TL Ventures, Chris was a co-founder and chief operating officer of a technology start-up company that pioneered several industrial applications for a novel oxidizing chemistry.
Chris received his BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the Microsoft Venture Capital Advisory Board and the Entrepreneur's Foundation Board.
Chris has worked with such Austin Ventures portfolio companies as Bazaarvoice, Between Markets, Credant Technologies, FameCast, FiveRuns, Hire.com, On Networks, Permeo Technologies, Pluck, Powered, Troux Technologies, Vovici and Worksoft.

Suneet Paul
Suneet Paul serves as co-founder and CEO of NewComLink (NCL). Previously, Suneet served as Vice President & General Manager at Dell Financial Services (DFS), joining DFS at its inception in 1997 as one of the founding executive members. For 11 plus years, he held various leadership roles at DFS, including Vice President of Planning & Business Development, Vice President & General Manager of Public & Americas, as well as acting co-President. Suneet played a key leadership role in building the DFS business, which grew from ground zero to over $5 Billion in annual financing volume.
Suneet joined DFS directly from Apple, Inc. in California where he served in various capacities including Director, Worldwide Financial Services for over 5 years. Prior to joining Apple, Suneet served in various financial management and accounting roles for 10 years in India and with Irish Multinational corporations in the Middle East.
Suneet served on the AFSA Board for several years. He received his MBA from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and his Masters in Taxation from Southeastern University. Suneet has a Law degree and a CA (CPA Equivalent) from India.
Laura Sachar
Laura Sachar is an experienced entrepreneur and private equity investor. She has founded three successful entities, was an early identifier of the growth in digital media and has invested for over a decade in technology-enabled business services companies. As a founding partner of StarVest, she has been active with StarVest's investments in Connected Corporation (acquired by Iron Mountain in 2004), MessageOne (software-as-a-service company acquired by Dell Computer in 2008), Newgistics- now the leader in returns management, iCrossing-now the largest privately-held digital marketing services company and Fieldglass (leading human capital management software-as-a-service company), ideeli (one of the leading online members-only, off-price, private sale/event-based retailers in the U.S.), Veracode (first on-demand, application security solution that provides automated application security testing through SaaS delivery model), NewComLink (a payment network platform that connects retail consumers), and Lucid Commerce (improves the performance of direct response television advertising).
Jim White
Jim White serves as co-founder and President of NewComLink (NCL), and brings 27 years of Retail Credit experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Development and P/L Management.
Prior to NCL, Jim served as Vice President, Consumer at Dell Financial Services (DFS), and was responsible for their Online & Offline business channels. During his 7 ½ year tenure at Dell, Jim grew DFS Consumer Originations from $200MM to $3.5 Billion annually, while achieving top quartile Financing Penetration and Operating Margin. Prior to DFS, Jim was co-founder and President of Retail Credit Solutions, Inc. (RCSI) for 5 years. RCSI provides Retail Credit management consulting expertise to credit providers, retailers and manufacturers. Jim launched RCSI directly after serving for 3 years at Associates Financial Services Company, Inc. (acquired by Citi), where he was Vice President and a founding executive of Associates Retail Credit Services. Prior to ARCS, Jim began his financial services career with Household International (acquired by HSBC) for 11 years, where he held senior responsibilities with Household Retail Services, Inc. (Household’s Retail Credit business).
