Job Title: Client Development Executive

Description:
NewComLink (NCL) was founded in 2008 and is a venture capital backed company. NCL’s innovative technology platform provides retailers with a range of payment products at point of need.
The Client Development Executive (CDE) is responsible for leading the overall client relationship once the contract is signed. The CDE is the primary advocate of the client and acts as business consultant by helping clients achieve success through the use of NCL’s solution. This role will drive bottom line program results, client satisfaction, profitability and strong long-term relationships with multiple clients.
Responsibilities:

Own the overall client relationship with multiple clients following contract signature, starting with a successful launch and continuing on to include day to day operations.

Coordinate the initial the initial high level solution design during the business development process and be a key member of the implementation team to assist with requirements, training, rollout plans, support and monitoring.

Identify ongoing opportunities to optimize the use of NCL’s solution to help clients achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction.

Ensure through understanding of the client’s business and needs; anticipate future needs and be aware of changing market conditions and competitive threats

Deliver against key performance metrics for each assigned client, including transaction flow, client revenue, profitability, satisfaction and compliance.

Develop and execute a relationship strategy based upon understanding the client’s organizational structure, the clients’ business objectives, and NCL’ objectives.

Manage activities, tasks and projects to achieve performance results.

Lead calls/meetings with both internal and client teams on performance, projects and issues.

Deliver quarterly business reviews and related strategic presentations.

Provide product direction and help drive the strategic roadmap to address client needs.

Proactive risk and problem handling.

Contract renewal and administration.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Must have experience in Retail Credit, Lending, or related industries.

7+ years of experience managing client relationships at an executive level, or similar.

Proven track record of achieving relationship management objectives and bottom line results.

Strong consulting skills. Ability to gather and analyze information and produce strategic insight on technical and non-technical matters.

Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational skills.

Experience with software and process based systems and projects including requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in fast paced environment.

Ability to work in a start up environment, while helping build out mature organization.

Fully proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Requires travel and may require non-standard business hours based on client needs.
