The Client Solution Manager is a mix of operating
in the current and the future. This role
will be the subject matter expert of current solutions and provide support to
sales, implementation, IT and other team members. The CSM will actively contribute to and/or
lead the NCL solution evaluation activities during the sales process. This requires articulating technical and
non-technical matters with a variety of stakeholders as well as evaluating client
technical and business information. The
CSM will assist with and/or drive the solution design and effectively
transition requirements to the implementation team. As part of the role, the CSM will leverage
client and market knowledge to contribute to envisioning, road mapping and
driving of new products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
· This role is roughly 70%/30% mix of current and future. This mix will vary with needs.
· Maintain complete knowledge of current solution and system capabilities.
· Stay abreast of technical, business and regulatory information and
trends.
· Understand and anticipate client needs, challenges and opportunities.
· Describe and demonstrate NCL solutions including technical and
non-technical details to clients.
· Work with sales and implementation teams to envision, design and plan
client solutions.
· Prepare presentations and other sales support information for clients.
· Contribute to client and internal requirements as part of
implementations.
· Participate as member of implementation teams as needed.
· Articulate and champion visions and plans that drive strategic product
change.
· Develop and maintain product & solution roadmap using input from
clients and stakeholders.
· Contribute to and develop requirements for product enhancements and new solutions.
Required
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
· Prefer experience in Payment, Credit, Lending, Retail or related
industries.
· Computer Science or Engineering degree or work similar a strong plus.
· Must have 5+ years of experience in software development, product
management, sales engineering, client implementations, technical marketing and/or
similar roles.
· Must be comfortable discussing technical and non-technical matters with
a variety of people.
· Must have strong presentation skills and be comfortable engaging with
executive leaders.
· Ability to gather and analyze information and produce strategic and
tactical deliverables.
· Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational
skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in fast paced
environment.
· Ability to work in a start-up environment, while helping build out
mature organization.
· Fully proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
· Ability to travel based on client needs and work non-standard business
hours typical of a fast growing company.
