Position description
The Marketing Manager is Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet
organizational objectives. This person evaluates customer research, market
conditions, and competitive data, and implements marketing plan alterations as
needed. The Marketing Manager oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional
activities for the company.
Responsibilities
·
Establish and execute marketing programs in coordination with business /
client development in expanding company products and services to desired /
active clients.

Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
·
Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with business development
and client development. This should detail annual marketing activity to meet
company objectives.
·
Budget management: To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed
budget.
·
Direct activities where marketing plans are prioritized.
·
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
·
Achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all
available media, in coordination with company management and public relations
personnel.

Provide tangible marketing value in the entire product line life cycle,
from strategic planning to tactical execution.
·
Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for expansion
of current and future products and services.
·
Develop and implement a company-wide plan to gain product acceptance by
prospects & clients, while working closely with all departments for its execution.

Effectively manage third party providers and/or agencies.
·
Analyze and recommend approach and structure for potential strategic relationships.

Required
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
·
Must have experience in Retail Credit, Lending, or related industries.
·
Minimum 4-6 years+ marketing experience in the financial services and/or
retail industry.
·
Demonstrated experience in a start-up environment.
·
Established track record of achieving company objectives and bottom line
results.
·
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and organizational
skills.
·
Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering on
marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
·
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced
environment.
·
A strong understanding of consumer and market dynamics and customer requirements.
·
Willingness to travel as needed.
·
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional
activities.
·
Successful track-record managing third party providers and/or agencies.
·
Fully proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
·
Non-standard business hours (as needed) based on company and client
needs.
·
