NewComLink is an exciting early stage growing company with an innovative technology platform that provides a range of payment products at retail point of need.  NewComLink is seeking professionals with experience providing project management support in a complex dynamic environment.

 

Job Functions:

·       Work with clients, partners and stakeholders to understand business needs, expectations, and requirements

·       Act as a subject matter expert,  develop and document business requirements

·       Create conceptual design for end to end solutions, develop process flows and integration requirements for IT partners and Client partners.

·       Facilitate client-facing and internal meetings that highlight key learnings and issues 

·       Develop baseline test cases in support of product/solution offerings (based on business requirements) 

·       Support functional testing and end user training

·       Define operational policies and procedures for clients, post production

·       Monitor client performance and handle escalated issues

 

Skills / Experience

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly

·       Experience allocating tasks to internal and external project teams and managing the project schedule

·       Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills

·       Strong knowledge of Project Management, Product Development, Software Development and Software Testing methodology and tools

·       Experience creating standard project artifacts including process flows, use cases, business rules, requirements specifications, technical specifications and project plans

·       Experience developing, maintaining and delivering training materials to end users

·       Experience developing business user testing plans and executing user testing

·       Fully proficient with MS Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).  Also fully proficient with Microsoft Project and Visio

·       Experience in Java, HTML, XML is a plus

·       Prefer a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education related training and experience

·       Flexible and highly self-motivated

·       Evening or weekend work
